Coda Pharmacy Complaints Procedure

At Coda Pharmacy, we are committed to providing high-quality service to all our customers. We understand, however, that there may be times when our service does not meet your expectations. We take complaints very seriously and aim to resolve them quickly and efficiently. Below is our complaints procedure:

Step 1: Contact Us Email Us: If you have a complaint or are dissatisfied with the service you have received, please email us at info@codapharmacy.co.uk. In your email, provide as much detail as possible about your complaint, including any relevant dates, times, and the nature of your issue.

Step 2: Acknowledgement Once we receive your complaint, we will send you an email acknowledgment within 48 hours. This acknowledgment will confirm that we have received your complaint and are looking into it.

Step 3: Investigation Your complaint will be assigned to a member of our team who will investigate the matter thoroughly. They may contact you to request further information or clarification to ensure we fully understand the issue.

Step 4: Resolution Our aim is to resolve complaints as quickly as possible. We will keep you informed throughout the process and aim to resolve most issues within 14 working days. Once we have reached a conclusion, we will contact you to discuss the outcome and any actions we have taken or plan to take.

Step 5: Further Steps If you are not satisfied with the resolution, please let us know. We will review the matter again and explore any additional steps that can be taken to address your concerns.
