Superintendent Pharmacist
Meet Chris
Chris graduated from Medway School of Pharmacy in 2015 and became a qualified pharmacist in 2016. With a strong background in managing community pharmacies for major pharmacy chains, Chris’s passion for helping others and fostering community wellness has always driven his career.
Outside the pharmacy, Chris is an avid tennis and basketball player. He has a love for travel, seeking out new cultures, and discovering delicious food and excellent coffee. His adventurous spirit and focus on community care make him a valuable part of the Coda team.
Head Pharmacist
Meet Colin
Born and raised in the coastal town of Eastbourne, Colin’s journey to becoming a pharmacist was inspired by a family of pharmacists. He earned his Master of Pharmacy from the University of Portsmouth and qualified in 2009, managing community pharmacies since 2010.
Colin’s dedication to pharmacy stems from a lifelong commitment to health and wellness, mirrored in his personal life where he enjoys staying fit at the gym and playing sports like football, badminton, and golf. Family is at the heart of Colin’s world, and with most of them living nearby, he cherishes spending quality time with them whenever possible.
Dispensing Lead
Meet Minnie
Minnie is a Dispenser at Coda Pharmacy, where she helps ensure prescriptions are prepared safely and accurately while keeping things running smoothly for both the team and customers. She enjoys speaking with patients and making sure they feel comfortable, supported, and well looked after. As a member of our community team, she represents Coda at events and initiatives, helping us stay connected to the people we serve.
With a degree in Sports and Exercise Science from the University of Chichester, Minnie has developed a strong interest in health, fitness, and overall wellbeing, which she brings into both her work and everyday life. Outside of work, Minnie enjoys watching football and cheering on Manchester United. She loves anything sport-related and has recently started playing Padel. She also enjoys getting out for walks with her dog, Monty, which often end with a coffee and a sweet treat at a local café.
Marketing Executive
Meet Molly
Molly, our Marketing Executive, leads all things social media and digital marketing. She designs and schedules posts, creates engaging content, and works closely with our community to bring our Charity of the Month campaigns to life, keeping our digital presence fresh and thriving.
Outside of work, Molly loves staying active at the gym and enjoys taking her dog out for walks, making the most of any chance to get outdoors. She’s always spending time with friends and, whenever possible, planning her next travel adventure to explore somewhere new.

Meet Kim
As the Community Champion for Coda Pharmacy, Kim is fortunate to spend each day doing what she loves: connecting with people, raising awareness about the incredible services Coda Pharmacy provides, and most importantly, making sure the community has the resources they need to stay healthy and informed.
When she’s not supporting others through her work at Coda Pharmacy, Kim enjoys spending time with her family and doing the things that help her recharge. One of her favourite pastimes is swimming in the sea whenever she can. She loves the feeling of being in the water, the breeze on her face, and the sense of calm it brings. It’s a reminder to stay connected to the world around us, much like the connections she builds every day in her role.
