Your medication will be delivered by Royal Mail in discreet packaging. We offer various delivery options, so you won’t need to wait in for your parcel.
You can choose any UK address - home, work, or a trusted friend or neighbour. Whenever possible, we’ll send parcels that fit through your letterbox.*
If the package is too large, we’ll leave it in a designated safe place, provided we have your consent and Royal Mail deems it safe.
Exceptions: Controlled drugs and some refrigerated items must be sent via tracked signature delivery. These can be sent to any UK address, and if you’re not home, Royal Mail will leave a card to notify you.
